Cat is a seasoned professional in the higher education sector with a focus on teaching and building curriculum in fantasy illustration, art applications for table-top, TCGs, and video game focus tracks at Virginia Commonwealth University.

As an accomplished fine artist, Cat has exhibited work at galleries and museums, received nationally recognized fellowships and awards, and has juried, curated, promoted, and hung both solo and group shows.

Outside of teaching and creating, you can find Cat managing her independent dog training business, co-chairing as a board member for her local chapter of International Game Developer Association, running figure sessions, mentoring artists, managing online communities, and speaking at industry events.

She owns two cats and a pond full of koi. Notable hobbies include: live streaming, pond building, cat cuddling, gaming, fashion, diving, traveling and designing creative spaces.
